Oscarsborg Partners AS is a partner-led advisory firm focused on strategic transformation, corporate transactions, and board-level decision support. We work with owners, boards, and CEOs navigating inflection points — growth, restructuring, acquisitions, divestments, disputes, and generational transitions.
Every engagement is delivered by partners, not delegated to junior teams. That means the person who scopes the problem is the person who solves it — bringing strategy, finance, governance, and dispute expertise to bear on Nordic mid-market situations where discretion and judgment matter as much as analysis.
Two disciplines, deliberately built to work as one. Most engagements begin at the front door and move, when the moment calls for it, into the engine room.
Where most engagements begin — clarity on the right move, before capital or credibility is committed.
Where strategy becomes action — structured, negotiated, and delivered.
Three adjacent capabilities that reinforce our credibility in high-stakes, sensitive, and long-horizon situations.
Credibility at the top of the organisation
Rigour and independence in high-stakes situations
A trusted advisor to families, not just companies
Partner-only delivery, no junior leverage model
Cross-functional expertise across strategy, finance, governance and disputes
Nordic mid-market specialisation
Discretion and trust for sensitive owner matters
Execution-oriented — not just analysis, but action
